Balochistan Food Authority (BFA) is mandated by the Government of Balochistan to regulate, monitor, and enforce food safety standards across the province. Established to protect public health, BFA operates accredited laboratories—compliant with ISO/IEC 17025—and conducts regular inspections of food processing units, markets, and eateries. Through policy development, training programs, and community outreach, BFA ensures that all food products meet stringent safety, hygiene, and labeling requirements. Our vision is to foster consumer confidence in Balochistan’s food supply and to align provincial practices with international best standards in food quality management.
