About Us

The Human Rights & Minorities Affairs Department (HRMAD) of the Government of Punjab champions the protection and promotion of fundamental rights for all citizens, with particular focus on vulnerable and minority communities. Under its new “Capacity Building of Human Rights Cell” initiative, HRMAD develops policy guidance, delivers training workshops, and runs outreach campaigns across the province. By integrating modern digital tools—social media, data analytics, and e-learning platforms—the department ensures transparent communication, monitors compliance with human rights standards, and fosters community engagement. Working here means contributing to meaningful, province-wide initiatives that advance equality, social justice, and rule of law.
