The Bank of Khyber (BOK) is looking for skilled, energetic, and performance-driven professionals to join its team as Head Consumer Banking Division and Regional Head — Retail Banking (Central, Southern, Islamabad, Gilgit Baltistan, Hazara Regions). These important roles have the chance to take leadership roles in a renowned financial institution that is known for its robust banking services, commitment to excellence in customer service, and Shariah compliance.

The jobs are with location in Peshawar (Head Office) and diverse locations such as Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, and Gilgit Baltistan/Hazara, as per assignment area. These individuals will oversee developing and implementing strategies to contribute to consumer banking growth while complying with regulations and building team performance.

📌 Position Details

Head Consumer Banking Division

Location: Head Office, Peshawar
Grade: Up to SVP
Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation required; Master’s preferred (HEC recognized or foreign equivalency).
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in Consumer/Retail Banking.
• Experience in product development for Islamic Banking is an added advantage.
• Expertise in Shariah Compliant Banking highly desirable.
• Age as per Bank’s HR Rules.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth strategy and meet targets.
• Align consumer finance with Shariah governance.
• Lead and mentor product, sales, and credit teams.
• Implement pricing models and automate Islamic finance processes.
• Oversee credit approvals and turnaround of credit decisions.
• Ensure timely reporting and propose process improvements.
• Handle any other tasks assigned by management.

Regional Head — Retail Banking (Central, Southern, Islamabad, Gilgit Baltistan, Hazara Regions)

Locations:

• Islamabad (Islamabad, Gilgit Baltistan, Hazara)
• Lahore (Central Region)
• Karachi (Southern Region)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation required; Master’s preferred (HEC recognized or foreign equivalency).
• Minimum 10 years’ Commercial Banking experience, including 5 years as Area Manager or equivalent.
• Islamic Banking experience preferred.
• Age as per Bank’s HR Rules.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead Area and Branch Managers across assigned regions.
• Manage consumer assets and liability targets.
• Develop branch network and assign KPIs.
• Ensure progress monitoring and achievement of business targets.
• Formulate strategies to boost area performance.
• Oversee CASA deposit and Consumer Banking targets.
• Maintain operational compliance.
• Foster improvements in service and risk management procedures.
• Perform any other duties as required by management.
