The BOP Galaxy Management Associate Program 2025 gives fresh graduates a direct path into the Bank of Punjab’s leadership stream: candidates need a 16-year bachelor’s degree in business, finance, HR, marketing, or a related field from an HEC-approved institution, a minimum 3.0 GPA (75 % marks), and must be 27 or younger on the closing date; result-awaiting students may apply if they can upload final transcripts by 15 August 2025. Trainees rotate through multiple banking functions, work on real projects, and receive guidance from senior managers, with the bank welcoming applications from women, minorities, transgender, differently-abled persons, and eligible current staff.

Eligibility Criteria

• 🎓 Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree (16 years education) in one of the following or a related discipline:

  📌 Degrees must be from an HEC-recognized local or foreign institution.
