Frontier Corps KP (North) is inviting applications for the appointment of Director Education at its headquarters based in Fort Balahisar, Peshawar. This leadership position is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong administrative background in the education sector, particularly those who have served at senior grades in the public sector or armed forces.

The role involves overseeing academic planning, quality assurance, and institutional management across educational institutions run by Frontier Corps. Preference will be given to MPhil or PhD holders, especially retired Brigadiers, Colonels, or senior civilian administrators, with a proven track record in education administration at BPS-19 or above.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• 🎓 Qualification:
  • MPhil or PhD in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university
  • Preference for individuals who are retired Brigadiers, Colonels, or senior public sector officials with substantial experience in education
• 💼 Experience:
  • Minimum 5–10 years of administrative experience at BPS-19 or above in the public or military education sector
• 🔞 Age Limit:
  • Ideally between 40–50 years (age may be relaxed based on administrative background)
• 💰 Pay Scale:
  • Appointed under CPS-19 with allied allowances
• 🏘️ Accommodation:

  • Applicable as per organizational rules
