Federal Government Educational Institutions (Cantonments/Garrisons) Directorate Secondary School Teacher (SST) – BS-17 and Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – BS-16 | 700+ Vacancies

The Directorate of Federal Government Educational Institutions (Cantonments/Garrisons), Ministry of Defence, requests applications from Pakistani Nationals for contract appointment (extendable) on a one-year basis as 300 Secondary School Teachers (SST – BS-17) and 400 Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT – BS-16). The positions are in a range of subjects and categories for different regions of Punjab, Sindh (Urban and Rural), KPK, Balochistan, EX FATA, Gilgit Baltistan, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir.

These jobs are for male and female applicants and are to be hired on merit and quota basis as stated by government policy. Education officials who have the required qualifications are welcomed to apply and should be education passionate. Posting may be anywhere in Pakistan.

Subject Wise Distribution (TGT)

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Secondary School Teacher (SST – BS-17)

✅ Master’s Degree (16 Years Education) from a university recognized by HEC with B.Ed or equivalent professional qualification.
✅ Alternatively, M.A. (EPM) from a recognized university.

Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT – BS-16)

✅ Bachelor’s Degree (14 Years Education) in relevant subject from HEC recognized university.
✅ B.Ed or equivalent professional qualification.

⏰ Age Limit

• SST: 22 to 30 years (Plus 5 years relaxation).
• TGT: 20 to 28 years (Plus 5 years relaxation).

✅ Relaxation Criteria:

• Upto 3, 5, 10 or 15 years as per various categories (Disabled, Govt Servants, Armed Forces dependents, etc).
