Job Position Details

Key Responsibilities 📚

• General Manager (Food & Beverages):
  • Oversee the strategic operations of the Food & Beverage department, including budgeting, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement menus, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Catering and Culinary Teams to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize operational efficiency.
• Manager Catering:
  • Plan and coordinate catering services for events and functions, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and staff schedules.
  • Supervise catering staff to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Executive Chef:
  • Create menu items using traditional and modern recipes.
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Cook and Assistant Cook:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes as per the menu requirements.
  • Assist in menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and kitchen organization.
• Driver:
  • Provide transportation services for staff and supplies.
  • Ensure vehicle maintenance and adhere to traffic rules and regulations.
• Female Medical Attendant:
  • Provide basic medical care and support to staff and guests.
  • Maintain first aid kits and coordinate with medical professionals when necessary.
