✅ Eligibility & Experience Requirements
🧑⚕ Chairperson (Medical Faculty Only):
- Must be free from disciplinary history and actively serving as Assistant Professor or above
- Evaluated on teaching background, leadership, and research record
- Subject to MTI Act & policy board guidelines (KTH/KMC/KCD)
- Must hold MBBS with specialization in the relevant field
- Selected chairperson will have Institution-Based Practice (IBP) obligations
- The role is primarily honorary with leadership responsibilities
🧑🏫 Professor:
- Appointment as per MTI Act 2015 (with amendments) and KP MTI policy board
- Must be PMDC-registered and meet MTI faculty eligibility regulations
🧑⚕️ Assistant Professor:
- Governed by PM&DC 2018 and updated MTI-KP rules
- Preference given to those with:
- Experience in surgical oncology (for Thoracic/Vascular Surgery)
- Experience in orthopaedic oncology (for Orthopaedics)
