The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, is holding walk-in test/interviews for Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator) posts (female only) in various tehsils of Punjab. Position Details

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator), you will be the front-line representative of NADRA’s NRC, responsible for:

• Accurate Data Entry: Inputting citizen information into NADRA’s secure database with precision and speed.
• Document Verification: Checking originals and attested copies of CNICs, birth certificates, and supporting documents.
• Quality Control: Ensuring data integrity by cross-verifying entries and flagging inconsistencies.
• Customer Support: Assisting applicants, explaining procedures, and guiding them through the registration process.
• Compliance: Following NADRA’s Service Regulations, data-protection policies, and confidentiality protocols.

Eligibility Criteria & Terms ✅

1. Gender & Nationality: Female Pakistani citizen only.
2. Age Limit: Maximum 30 years (no further relaxation).
3. Educational Qualification:
   • Intermediate (FA/FSc/DAE) or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution or Board.
   • Attested degrees/certificates mandatory at test/interview.
4. Experience: At least 1 year of office or data-entry experience preferred.
5. Tehsil Residency: Only residents of the designated tehsils (proof by CNIC/domicile) may test at their local NRC.
6. Quota: Posts are against merit; female candidates under general merit.
7. NOC: Government/semi-government employees must provide a No Objection Certificate at interview.
8. Medical & Character: Selected candidates undergo medical and character verification.
9. TA/DA: Not admissible for test/interview.
10. Contract: Initial one-year contract, extendable upon performance and project requirements.
11. Appointments: Made against specific NRC; transfers will not be entertained.
