- ITT-I – Matric with 65% marks and DAE in Computer/Electronics/Electrical/Telecom/IT with ≥50%, age 18–22
- LITT – Same as above + 5 years’ relevant IT experience, age 22–27
- ITA-IV – Either DAE with 10 years’ experience OR Bachelor’s in ICT/CS with 50%, age 27–32
