Head Office is situated in Lahore from where PPCBL controls a network of 151 branches throughout Punjab. Thus it is in open invitation for the prercious leadership post of SVP / Zonal Heads for Bahawalpur, D.G Khan, Multan and Gujranwala regions.

Job Position Details

✅ Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and control the day to day operations of the branch which includes lending, servicing customers, selling products, managing risks, and making sure bank policies and laws of the cooperative society are followed.
• Mobilize deposits, manage loan business, and foster relations with clients to improve retention and sales.
• Oversee and train branch managers and staff while cultivating a culture focused on performance.
• Oversee credit and operational functions in every branch in the zone.
• Make certain policies and procedures issued by Head Office are implemented.
• Supervise income, expenditure, and profitability KPIs for the zone.
• Oversee implementation of annual business expectations, identify gaps, and initiate planned actions as necessary.
• Carry out inspections and unannounced visits to make sure internal and external audit standards are met.
• Suggest changes to improve operational efficiency and increase customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and ensure loans are recovered, especially NPLs.
• Carry out any special instructions given by the Head Office.
