PPHI Sindh is Hiring — Community Health Workers Required Across Multiple Districts (2025)

PPHI Sindh, a well-established organization registered under Section 42 of Companies Act, 2017, has made an emergency call for hiring Community Health Workers (CHWs). This program is initiated jointly with the Sindh Integrated Health and Population Program – 1000 Days to improve primary healthcare facilities throughout the province. The organization invites passionate and motivated individuals with domicile of Sindh to work on contract at different health facilities in Sindh.

The positions are spread across several districts, providing applicants with an opportunity to work in close collaboration with local communities to deliver critical healthcare assistance.

📌 Eligibility Criteria

✅ Educational Requirement:

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate.

✅ Age Limit:

• Between 20 and 30 years.

✅ Additional Preference:

• Preferably married women residing within the same Union Council (UC).
• The CNIC address of the applicant or her husband must match the UC address.
• UC Certificate and CNIC are mandatory.
• Extra preference will be given to those whose husbands or brothers provide consent to support and have a motorbike (for community mobility).

The CHWs will be posted at various health units, mother and child care centers, government dispensaries, and maternity homes in the following districts:

9. 📍 District Jacobabad (Taluka Jacobabad, Thul, Garhi Khairo)
10. 📍 District Sukkur (Taluka Pano Aqil)
11. 📍 District Khairpur (Taluka Gambat, Kingri, Sobho Dero, Faiz Ganj)
