✳️ Chief Technical Services

Responsibilities:

• Lead development and alignment of technical standards for Pakistan’s power distribution sector.
• Supervise harmonization of technical specs, procedures, equipment specs across DISCOs.
• Drive innovation in system design, technical standardization, and procurement.
• Develop capacity-building plans and digitalization of standard archives.
• Facilitate workshops, technical exchanges, and design vetting.

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical/Business (16 years)
✅ Master’s degree preferred
✅ 15 years’ post-qualification experience
✅ Minimum 5 years in senior management

✳️ Chief Monitoring and Reporting

Responsibilities:

• Lead performance tracking for DISCOs aligned with sector reforms.
• Develop KPIs for GENCOs, DISCOs, transmission & distribution systems.
• Assist Ministry in project evaluations, performance contracts, and capacity-building.

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical/Business (16 years)
✅ Master’s in Power Sector Policy, Energy Management, or related field preferred
✅ 15 years’ relevant experience
✅ At least 5 years in a senior role
✅ Max age: 58 years

✳️ Chief Auditor

Responsibilities:

• Lead development and execution of risk-based internal audit frameworks.
• Conduct internal audits in accordance with national/international auditing standards.
• Ensure financial and operational compliance, and report findings to Board.

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Qualification: CA / CMA / ACCA / MBA (Finance)
✅ 15 years’ audit experience
✅ 5 years in senior audit management role
✅ Expertise in governance, audit design, and risk evaluation

✳️ Chief Corporate Services & Coordination

Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR, performance management, procurement, training, and legal services.
• Implement employee performance tracking and corporate reporting.
• Develop partnerships and handle internal corporate policy alignment.

✅ Master’s in Public Administration / HR / Business Management

✳️ Company Secretary

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with SECP’s governance framework.
• Support board activities, manage AGMs, and maintain legal documentation.
• Liaise with NEPRA, PPRA, SECP, and legal departments.

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ LLB / LLM / Chartered Secretary
✅ At least 5 years in a legal or corporate secretary role
✅ Knowledge of Companies Act, governance codes, board compliance
