✅ Eligibility & Qualifications (Role-Specific)

General Academic Requirement for All Posts:

• Minimum 16 years of education in ICT, Business Administration, Educational Management, Public Policy, HR, Mass Communication, or related fields from an HEC-recognized national or international university.

🧑‍💼 Experience Requirements (Selected Roles)

Chief Skills Development Officer

• At least 15 years in leadership positions within IT training, skills development, or education.
• Proven track record in managing large teams and working on strategic policy initiatives.

Director National IT Skills Development

• 12+ years in workforce development and skills training.
• Experience in leading national-level IT education or skills-based programs.

Manager Coordination – National IT Skills

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in coordination of IT workforce training or education.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and program management skills.

Manager Coordination & Curriculum

• At least 7 years of experience in curriculum design, academic planning, or educational development.

Manager Coordination – International IT Workforce

• 8+ years of relevant experience in global tech HR management or international recruitment programs.

Assistant Manager – IT Workforce Facilitation

• Minimum 5 years of experience in coordination, HR operations, or workforce logistics.
