Reko Diq Mining Company under the joint venture of Barrick and Government of Balochistan along with Government of Pakistan is seeking applications from competent professionals to fill the various positions available at its flagship project in Balochistan – Reko Diq copper-gold mine. Community Investment Officer The company is committed to creating an inclusive and sustainable development, and seeks to recruit the position of Community Investment Officer for its Sustainability and Community Development division.
Table of Contents
The right candidate will help drive the company’s vision by managing and executing community programs. To be effective in this important role, candidates closely monitor the development of initiatives in education, health, water, environment, food security, etc.

| Experience | ✅ 3-5 years in community development, CSR, or social impact assessment within mining or related development sectors. Proven supervisory experience in projects related to Education, Health, Water, Environment, Food Security, and Livelihood. |
| Requirements | ✅ Skilled in grant management, project implementation, M&E, financial analysis, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and ESG best practices. Effective communication and multicultural collaboration skills are essential. |
| Responsibilities | ✅ Lead and oversee community programs. Develop MEL frameworks, manage budgets, align initiatives with IFC, UN SDGs, and ESG standards, track KPIs, prepare reports, and ensure CSR compliance and reporting standards adherence. |
