🔹 IT Division

• Develop and manage banking software, MIS systems, and digital channels
• Ensure secure database handling (Oracle, SQL, PostgreSQL)
• Administer core banking infrastructure, ADC channels, firewalls, and backup systems
• Lead system integration, project rollouts, and user support

🔹 Product & Project Management

• Oversee banking product development from design to implementation
• Liaise with cross-functional teams on customer-focused offerings
