Job Position Detail

Qualifications & Experience (As per HEC Criteria)

• Professor: PhD in relevant discipline; 10–15 years of teaching/research experience, with a minimum number of publications in HEC-recognized journals.
• Associate Professor: PhD in relevant discipline; at least 6 years of teaching/research experience; evidence of scholarly output and supervision of postgraduate students.
• Assistant Professor: PhD or MPhil/MS (with first division) in discipline; minimum 3 years of teaching/research or professional experience; publications preferred.
• Lecturer: Master’s degree with first division or 16 years of education in discipline; without research degree, up to 2 years of relevant professional experience; demonstration of teaching potential.
