🎯 Eligibility Criteria

✅ Qualification

At least 16 years of education in Computer Science, Management, Social Sciences, Electrical/Telecom, Commerce, Finance or related fields from an HEC-recognized university (local or foreign).

✅ Experience

Minimum 2 years of proven freelancing experience or relevant industry experience (direct clients acceptable).
Prior teaching/training experience is highly desirable.

✅ Age

Maximum age limit: 45 years.

📝 Key Responsibilities

Deliver domain-specific lectures and conduct practical workshops.
Develop freelancing profiles for students and guide them through proposal writing.
Organize quizzes, assessments, and provide constructive feedback.
Create and update course outlines aligned with current freelancing trends.
Submit reports on student progress and success stories.
Lead awareness sessions and ensure students’ engagement in online earning platforms.
Maintain batch-wise student earning reports.

⭐ Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Student profile completion and active freelancing engagement.
Class retention through impactful teaching and mentorship.
Regular updates on students’ earnings and success rates.
