Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Water & Sanitation Services Company Abbottabad (WSSCA)

The Water & Sanitation Services Company Abbottabad (WSSCA), is recruiting for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on a three-year contractual basis. This role is based in Abbottabad and requires a candidate with demonstrated leadership in utility management, municipal operations, or institutional reform. Individuals with degrees in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields, and no less than 15 years of relevant executive or departmental-level experience, are encouraged to apply. 🎓 Educational Qualifications

Applicants must possess one of the following, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Master’s Degree in Environmental Sciences or Water Resources
• Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, Commerce, or Marketing
• Membership of a recognized professional accounting body (for finance-focused professionals)

📈 Professional Experience

A minimum of 15 years of progressive post-qualification experience is mandatory, with at least one of the following:

• Served as Chief Executive, General Manager, Head of Finance, or Operations Head in utility or municipal service-related organizations
• Held senior departmental responsibilities in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, Environmental Sciences, or Finance, in an institution with commercial orientation
• Acted as a board member or key decision-maker in a reputable professional body

• Must not exceed 55 years of age at the time of the application deadline.
